Bruce McIndoe is a recognized leader and an industry veteran in risk management, technology, and intelligence. Bruce is one of the key founders of iJET International in 1999, which was re-branded as WorldAware in 2018. Bruce was the key contributor to the company’s strategic growth, securing its position as a leader in global intelligence and business resiliency with the development of the Worldcue® Global Control Center (GCC).
Prior to joining WorldAware Bruce worked with a number of government agencies including NSA/CIA, DoD and NASA. He was the founder and CEO of CSSi, an Inc. 500 and a four-time Washington Technology FAST 50 company that developed innovative and groundbreaking systems for the intelligence community. He has also served as a lead architect on multiple intelligence programs for the US government.
Bruce started his Artificial Intelligence (AI) journey in the late-80s through 90s while working with NASA, DoD and the Intelligence Community. During this time, Bruce was working with Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Machine Learning (ML) models to process images, text and support command and control systems.
Bruce is a former trustee of Allegheny College, where he received a BS in Physics, and holds an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) where he teaches in the Criminal Justice division covering intelligence, security management and cyber security courses. Bruce now heads his bespoke firm - McIndoe Risk Advisory. and is based out of Washington DC.
